Modern offices embrace outdoor decks, providing employees with refreshing spaces to relax, collaborate, or work in fresh air. However, these outdoor decks required regular maintenance to preserve their appearance and functionality.
The Ipe Deck was sanded back to bare wood using the Bona Belt Sander and then coated with Bona Deck Guard. Bona Deck Guard is an exterior grade water-based PU made by Bona US for tropical climates such as ours.
Unlike oil-based finishes, water-based finishes give you a uniform finish. They also tend to last longer since they do not get dried up when compared to oil-based finishes.
